A Sunday Rerun – The Last Lost Eye

The Last Lost Eye, featured as a Sunday Rerun at Literally Stories. My short story The Last Lost Eye has been honored with a spot on the Literally Stories Sunday Reruns. This story received the ‘Yes’ nod from the LS editors way back in 2019. Since then, it has been featured in my volume of collected stories The Wrong Name. Now, it is back in the spotlight. Huge shoutout and thanks to the editors of Literally Stories. Their continued support of my scribbles means the world to me.

On to the story itself. If you remember your Homer, Odysseus blinded the Cyclops and made his escape from the island, along with the surviving members of his crew. But who invited the wily Greek to the island in the first place? Certainly not the Cyclops, who was minding his own business, tending his flocks and whatnot. This, then, is the Cyclops’ version of the story. Read it and weep, ghost of Ody!

Read the story NOW! (Or, again…)

Literally Stories is a great online ‘Zine. All of the stories are free and awaiting your hungry reader eyes. Show them some literary love by giving them a visit. At the same time, you can support Indie Authors such as Yours Truly. I thank you. The LS Editors thank you. And you get karma points. Everyone wins.
