No, not outside, because Vienna is colder than frozen sauerbraten. Inside, though, the icicles have fallen from my extremities. You might recall we returned from Taiwan less than two weeks ago. The last of those seven days was spent shivering in a frozen apartment with no heat and no hot water. But, miracle before Christmas, the plucky installers arrived. Dog bless them, every one.
