Thursday Stories
New Short Horror! My monster mash-up short story Penny Catch has just been published by the long-suffering editors of Literally Stories. Penny Catch tells of the meeting between two horrible monsters from the nightmares of children: Pennywise and the Child Catcher. For lack of a better genre term, the story is a satire on the horror oeuvre.
You can read my New Short Horror in the latest issue of Literally Stories. Bonus: Literally Stories is a free read. That’s right, Friends and Neighbors, no paywalls. This is yet another of my many appearances in Literally Stories, and I’m proud to be a small part of this fine Lit Mag. Many thanks to the hard-working editors! Literally Stories has supported my writing from the beginning. For that, I am eternally grateful. Anyway, Mash the Big Orange Button (BOB) and you’re on your way.

As AI-generated ‘agents’ escape their virtual sandboxes and run amok, please remember, we need stories now more than ever, stories crafted by human beings. Yes, AI is on the loose. I’m telling you, Folks, this new Pandora’s box beggars description. The dawning age of AI is so bizarre, it makes writing sci-fi and dystopian fiction very, very tough. So, how will you know when a new story breaks? Glad you asked, Friends. Read On! Drum roll and… Meanwhile, don’t miss any upcoming stories.
